Nathan & Tina
We’re not your typical photographers! In fact, typical is not a word I would use to describe any aspect of our lives! We both grew up in East Africa and call Mombasa, Kenya home. We knew each other as friends for 20 years before we ever thought about marriage! Family is extremely important to us and growing up in a village taught us early on that relationships are the most important thing.
We both discovered photography at an early age and it quickly turned from hobby to passion. We have done freelance safari work, photographing the beauty of the African savannahs. Nathan has shot print campaigns for a beach hotel chain and Tina spent 2002-‘04 traveling around Europe for various speaking engagements and photo projects. While we still enjoy freelance travel photography, we’ve found a special love for cultural and international wedding photography. We love learning new cultures, new languages, new foods- and we love building new friendships with our clients. Wedding photography is intimate; you'll be sharing the most important day of your life with your photographer so we strive to build a personal relationship with our brides and grooms from day one.
We specialize in multicultural and international weddings. We love what we do and our work has taken us around the globe to over 25 countries. While the majority of weddings we take on are destination, we also love photographing cultural traditions and family heritage.
Our roots remain in East Africa and a portion of our time and revenue go towards supporting food projects in impoverished villages.
